The Trustees set the aims of the Foundation and review the Foundation’s progress to achieve those aims. They also support the professional staff with guidance on major partnerships and programmes.

Staff

Pears Foundation has a full time staff team and a group of expert consultants who proactively research areas of interest, creating strategic plans and taking the initiative ourselves where new thinking is required or where we believe there are important unexplored opportunities.  Please note that the Foundation does not accept applications for funding.
